It's been busy times here at #kahanaridge when it comes to new homes being listed and sold. Days on the market are up and couple of homes had to lower their price to attract the buyers. There are less buyers today and they are simply no longer willing to pay the top price. Given the mortgage rates increase, volatile financial market and inflation. It’s no surprise, changes in the market are now starting to set in. This also means more balance between buyers and sellers . Time will show what happens but one thing is clear.
