TEXAS HAS NOW PASSED A LAW THAT SAYS THAT ALL AGENTS NEED TO BE FINGERPRINTED BEFORE RENEWING THEIR LICENSE, WHATS UP WITH THAT? A NEW FEE MAYBE?

Jesus..
I guess you and I are not going to see eye to eye on anything today.
I do not see this as an invasion of privacy.
I see this as an attempt to discourage those individuals that have a habit of being careless with the rules.
We are an Industry that needs more stringent requirements of its licensees not less.
IMHO
When I got my Pennsylvania real estate license, I had to be fingerprinted for a criminal background check. Seems to be just another step in protecting the consumer.
I'll have to call my witness protection agent, to find if they have another occupation I can do without fingerprints. :) Agent X ... Steve
