Thank you, Kathy Streib. It could you some of your finishing touches, but the commute is way too long for you. 😉 Actually, I think it turned out really great. We had to find tile and carpet that went with our granite and paint colors. Mary Margaret did a great job, but it really is not easy. You have a tough job!

I am hopeful, Kat Palmiotti. We leave for vacation in a few days so it would be nice to get the ball really rolling before we leave. And thank you!

Who knows, this could be my last transaction, Nina Hollander, Broker. I am 50/50 on continuing once I get to Arizona. I do try to follow all of the rules, but we shall see. We do have to disclose on MLS, but the public never sees the disclosure. It is in the private remarks. My feeling is that is will be made clear before anyone enters into the transaction. I will follow up with my office, though, and I do appreciate your encouragement to do so. 😃
