Where Is The Market; REALLY?

Is the market crashing? Should I list or should I buy?I get a lot of these questions. My initial reaction is, "between the Press and Politicians they seem to be doing their best to talk us into a crash and even a recession". No questions there are a lot of negative things at work. No questions they won't go away soon and No question it is largely a creature of politics, monetary policy and political decisions. So I thought I'd do some real research and get on line with a lender I respect and find our markets real direction (Real Estate is national but markets are local).  So here is a video on the market we put together
