A lot of buyers don't consider working with a Realtor when they buy a brand-new home. Buyers may be out driving around and happen upon a new construction site and the next thing you know they are under contract for a new home.
Every buyer in the state of Maryland has the right to be represented by a Realtor. The representative that sits in the model home represents the builder. Sure they can write your contract for you, and they'll write the contract for you if I represent you too. But, that representative will do whatever is in the best interests of their client, the builder. They can't advise you on price, features, finishes, future market conditions, or if the builder's financing is a good option for you.

It is conveniently located close to shopping and major roadways, close enough to commute to Washington DC, Baltimore, and close to Fort Meade.
