Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 23, the same as last month.  Sixteen are pre-owned and 7 are new construction at Addison Grove. Currently for sale, there are:

  • 8 single family homes (ranging in price from $449,900 - $1,150,000)
  • No half-duplexes 
  • 5 condos ($401,999 - $625,000)
  • 10 townhomes ($444,000 - $890,000)

Twenty of the 23 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.  

The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 59 days, as compared to 37 last month. The median number of days on the market is 54 days, compared to last month’s 30 days.

There were 12 closings this month, compared to the 6 last month. The average list price to sold price ratio is 99.0%, down slightly from last month’s 99.2%.  Only 2 properties sold below asking price.

Pre-owned homes: The median number of days on the market was 13 days, while the previous month the median was 17.  The average number of days on the market was 26 days. The range in October for the previously owned homes was 3 days to 88 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes sold is $273.90, up from last month’s $259.91 average.
