With mortgage interest rate reaching seven percent the market is remarkably resilient and still active.  Strong employment and technology center support the local housing better than other parts of the United States.  Reason is there are also fewer properties on the market with essentially same number of sales.  We did notice very low end properties take longer to unload.

High end home prices have seen some adjustment gone are the crazy multiple offers.  The sellers need to price the price correctly or buyers will stay away.

I am not so sure what will happen to housing industry. The expected layoffs in tech sector can be lingering. Not sure why Musk or Zagerburg can not give employees a warm Xmas before let them go.
