Great post Margaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400 our conveyancer orders payoff and sends it to the title company . Isn't interesting how different states do things differently? She told me yes as it only takes her a day to get the payoff - So I tell them I will check with her/him

I find that so interesting especially when you said the title company gets the payoff. Then I thought about it and I do use a title company that will get the payoff for me so I guess it is not by state but an office policy
Margaret I think it is a good idea to utilize marketing this way. Having said that, I would personally prefer to not make a payment before the closing if it is an option.
