Does anyone else do some of their best work at home after everyone is asleep? this is my favorite time, besides commission day, to be working. Its cool, its quiet, I wear what I want, no phone distractions and I can get all my stuff prepped for tomorrow. This is when I make out tomorrows to do list, print out a few cold call numbers, write some follow up mailers or marketing tool, and pretty much just let it flow. I've also now added blogging to my list of midnight activities.
So when the day comes that you read this; buy some coffee, get some Sinatra going on your ipod, sit down and rock on with the creative freedom that being your own boss allows until the wee hours of the morning. Just don't forget your 9 AM sales meeting.
