Streamline Tower in Las Vegas began closing escrows and moving tenants in last month. The new 21-story high rise condo tower in downtown Las Vegas is perfectly located on Las Vegas Boulevard and Ogden, just one block from the famous Fremont Street Experience. As of late, several owners have re-listed their condos on the secondary market, making these first ones available very competitive in price.
There is currently a one and two bedroom available both with Las Vegas Strip views (this is facing South, the most popular side of the building for views).
