Good morning, Wayne Martin perhaps there should be a shift in building materials?  I have seen some interesting things that modular companies have been doing or even with 3D printing.  Not sure if they are quite ready to supplant using wood though.

Good morning, Nina Hollander, Broker I think that they should be prepared for sticker shock no matter what they are purchasing, haha.  The current administration certainly has not stopped everything from increasing in price by great amounts.

Technology certainly is being incorporated into the building of new homes Bill Salvatore - East Valley 

I haven't really kept tabs on the prices of wood Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400 but I am sure that builders have been.  Everything has definitely increased too much in price too quickly.  Things are getting really tough for the lower and middle classes.

I have seen the not-so-smart buyers get hosed by the builders time and time again Ed Silva and they didn't even know it, haha.

They certainly went pretty high Kathy Streib I am happy to hear that the prices are coming back down.

Haha, does your nose also grow like Pinnochio George Souto?  I know that he can knock on wood anytime as well.

The builders always seem to do such a horrible job in a hot market Beth Atalay rather than sharing the wealth, they take advantage of everyone and everything they can, it's terrible.
