Our Coldwell Banker Realty NW office has always referred to ourselves as “The Most Fabulous NW Office.” Every year the week before Thanksgiving we have our “Give Thanks” potluck luncheon. The office provides turkey, beef, soft drinks, ice tea and everyone brings a side dish and desserts. We sponsor “Toys For Tots” every year so it’s a good time to bring our toy purchases in. Our deadline for all toys is November 30th.

I love working in an office where everyone works together in a culture of awesomeness, celebrating each other's success and encouraging each other to grow. Our CB family is a close-knit group of seasoned professionals who work hard, play hard and make a difference! Our leader teresa recar spoke for a few minutes before we dug in. Of course the topic was “Gratitude.”
We have so much to be grateful working in our office with our abundance mindset. Teresa leads by example and inspires us to be the best we can be. We all believe there are enough resources in the world for everyone and are grateful for whatever the universe provides.

Our office puts our clients’ needs first and each one of us prides ourselves on professionalism, communication, creative problem solving and practicing the highest level of customer service.
