Here is the most recent Phoenix AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for October 2022:
After decreasing last month, the average sales price of Phoenix homes slightly increased in October, going from $549,370 in September to $555,218 this month. The average sales price of Phoenix homes has averaged around $555,000 the last four months, which is significantly lower than the all-time high of $621,488 that occurred this last May.
After decreasing for four straight months the average sold price per square foot of Phoenix homes did not change from last month, remaining at $289/sf in October.
The Phoenix days on market increased for the fifth straight month after decreasing four straight months. The days on market has doubled from 24 DOM in May to 53 DOM in October. The DOM to sell a home in Phoenix is still low, considering a balanced market would expect to see an average DOM closer to 90.
