Southlake, TX is Nearing Buildout

New construction homes are still available in Southlake, Texas and the options are as varied as the neighborhoods. But while national builders have been active in the recent past, large land tracks are no longer available, curtailing large new additions like Southlake Meadows and Winding Creek. New luxury custom neighborhoods now often offer just two dozen homes or less.

Estate sized lots are available, such as those in Crescent Heights or The Canopy.  Low-maintenance quarter acre aver lots are also available in neighborhoods like The Metairie.

Easy access to Lake Grapevine is found in Saddleback Ridge, located on the northern side of Southlake adjoining crop property.  The estate lots here offer 32 Southlake home buyers one to one and a half acre estate lots.

Smaller, more intimate additions like Hawkwood, Keen Homestead and Highland Terrace offer less than a dozen homesites each.

Many of the newer neighborhoods in Southlake, like Stony Brook which sits close to the western edge of the city, are gated.

Need more information about the current and upcoming choices of new homes in Southlake? Just give me a shout. I'm happy to catch you up to speed on the new construction homes in the area. -Cindy
