Now let's talk a little about the Real Estate Market. Yes, interest rates are higher than many have seen in a long time. Is this really going to hurt the Real Estate Market?  I remember during  Covid an agent told me that the market would crash when restrictions were lifted. In fact, it did the opposite. No one really knows what will happen now either.

Buyers do have a better chance of buying a house and not overpaying and they can negotiate with the seller. Do not worry about bringing in a home inspector or asking the seller to do reasonable repairs. Those of us that have been in the Real Estate business for many years says buyers need to buy houses and sellers need to sell.
