November is the time to express gratitude. There are many things I am grateful for, but if I had to bundle my favorites inside a box with a pretty ribbon and top it with a bow, this is what you would find. A testimonial to what my best memories are, and why they are so special to me. Afterall, every single memory, big or small, great or not is a blessing to be pondered and appreciated. A memory is a blessing. You must believe!
I am grateful for life’s many celebrations. Tying it all together, I would regret if memories did not exist. Throughout my lifetime, I had plenty of times for greetings. However, I know there will come a time when I may not have a chance to say goodbye to you. In the end remembrance is all we own. Departing is a private affair.
To my family, you know you are my everything! I couldn’t breathe or fully live without you. Because of you, I have successfully lived and sacrificed with joy, faith, hope, and love. Whenever we are faced with adversity, we bask in stillness, challenge one another, and I know what you know, we are always there for each other. Believe. I have always loved you!
To my clients. I would not be in the real estate business if it wasn’t for you. I believed in you, and I know, you trusted me. Loyalty and friendship go together like soil with good nutrients (zinc, potassium, nitrogen, etc.). No matter the season with wind, water, rain, and sun, our roots grow deep. The pendulum swings both ways and I am thankful for you. Whether it was only a one-time sale, or multiple times, everyone has a real estate story. I believe in you as much as I know, you believed in me. Believe it or not, no house is perfect. Do believe, there is a right house for you.
To friends, potential and previous clients. This includes people I bump into on the street, or when someone referred you to me. I believe people meet for a reason and I believe in miracles. You may or may not remember me but stored somewhere in one of our memories, something between us happened to bring us together at a certain time and place. Although we are scattered about like seeds in the wind, for whatever time we had together, it was worth it.
To the people I choose and who mutually choose me, thank you. For bloggers on ActiveRain, we write, create, evaluate, inform, persuade, educate, laugh, cry, read, think, perhaps call one another, or meet in person. But most of all, we let ideas marinate within our minds and our souls. Memories are a blessing. For everyone's human kindness, forgiveness, courage, sharing and being daring, thank you.
In remembrance of good and not so good times, let us comfort one another by reciting the lyrics for Auld Lang Syne.
🎵Should auld acquaintance be forgot🎵
And never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
And the days of auld lang syne?
For auld lang syne, my dear
For auld lang syne
We’ll drink a cup of kindness yet
For the sake of auld lang syne
And surely you will buy your cup
And surely, I’ll buy mine!
We’ll take a cup of kindness yet
🎵For the sake of auld lang syne🎵
