We had so much food left over from last night Thanksgiving meal, so what do you do with it. I froze some of the Pennsylvania Dutch potatoes filling and now much of the Creamy Corn Casserole but froze what was left.
Tonight is are last night up here so Turkey Needle soup and other left overs at our friends cabin. We all take turn cooking and his night tonight.
We heard coyotes last night and even had a raccoon looking at us this morning. Part of enjoying the mountains every Thanksgiving.
I can see why you look forward to this trip to the cabin each year Will, except for those coyotes in the woods!

Will Hamm will we had lots of leftovers as well, but we gave most of it away to those who shared Thanksgiving dinner with us. BUT we did keep enough to have turkey a couple of more times.
