Somerset Elementary School is a highly rated, public school located in Chevy Chase MD. It has 500 students in grades PK, K-5 with a student-teacher ratio of 14 to 1. Chevy Chase Park Condos are a small community of condos backing to Norwood Park at the edge of downtown Bethesda. The garden style apartments, located on a quiet street, offer an alternative to the high rise buildings in Bethesda which have become so prevalent. 4720 Chevy Chase Drive is a small building of 34 mid century modern units built in 1962 at about the same time as the Bradley House Condos. The building backs to Norwood Park and the units have lovely views from their balconies. You have your choice of 3 bedrooms with 1332 to 1571 square feet to one bedroom 832 square foot units.
