Hi Joe,

I saw your unique Santa Paula vet/cottage building.  What's the zoning on those parcels?  Any grandfathered exceptions?

I ask because I do 203k and 203k streamline loans.  As you may know, you can do a complete teardown with the standard 203k and the streamline can be used for $35k in rehab funds.  I don't think the clinic portion could be used for the streamline but it could depend on the zoning.
