Hannah Williams a few title companies around here have shut down branches, and laid off 1/2 their employees.    Hopefully after the New Year, it will look better.

The shift still has opportunities in Castle Rock CO for savvy buyers. Keep telling the story and I know they will find you. As for Santa Fe, the shift if happening but currently being denied by many of my peers. Title companies are reducing hours and many loan officers are switching companies. However, there are opportunities!

Hi Joan,

No question the shift has taken place but we forget this time of year can be slower to begin with the holiday getting in full swing!

You are right Grant, season and rates, and maybe even a bit of the economy.
