Well, a PUSH is sometimes needed in real estate also. A Buyer and Seller can be so close but so far at times. Ask me your REALTOR® for ways to get the purchase to close when it seems no one will give an inch.

For example the mortgage rates are higher that a year ago, but at just below 7% not as high as in years past. Some Buyers are really very hesitant to pay the 6.9% mortgage rate. However, a Seller that really needs to sell may be willing to buy down the mortgage rate using lender buy down points in the form of a price concession to their Seller proceeds from the sale. This may be enough for a hesitant home buyer to say yes.

Also, a seller that needs to move and is paying on two mortgages may be willing to offer a concession to a buyer's closing costs if the buyer is limited on cash needed for the down payment, moving expenses and post move improvements. Your Realtor can suggest something that just may work.
