Poplar Springs Road, in Walhalla has a new development of new construction--something we have not had in our area in over 5 years.  Liberty Homes is the developer with plans to build fourteen homes on these twenty acres.  One will have ten acres, two ponds and will qualify for special tax assessments.  The other homes are on nice sized lots, paved road frontage and are very convenient for shopping, schools, and medical facilities.  This development is priced in the mid $300,000's and has many options on financing.

Call an agent who can represent the buyer on this project.  Gwen at 864-638-3599 or Carl 864-916-2019 x 5.

Hello Gwen - there can be something very special about new construction especially when it hasn't been a part of the inventory in a local real estate market.  The ability to be first can be strong and that's definitely true for homebuyers.

Michael Jacobs, 2005 stopped all building in our area of homes less than 800K.  We are so happy we have developers and builders looking at this market again.  Thanks for the comment.
