You may be finishing up some goals for December or 2022 and that is awesome, however, consider beginning on your 2023 goals now.
Today I saw a dietitian for the first time in my life. One goal I have is to lose around an inch on my stomach besides telling me to eat more vegetables, she gave me a couple of exercises, saying to do a set of 10 three times and do them three times a day, and you will see results in a month. THAT IS MY CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MYSELF.
I currently have 12 credit hours and am working now and in December, January, and February to acquire twice as many renewal credit hours as I will need in October 2023. For 42 years I have usually had twice as many renewal credit hours as I need and had them about 12 months in advance. In addition to the coach, I spend an hour three times a week with I will begin one day a week in one of the VA exercise programs offered to veterans.

Having something to look forward to that excites you, helps cover up the negative events that come along in our lives.
These types of exercises create a much happier kind of life.
