These are the changes to the MLS in the past 24 hours. As you can see prices are decreasing more than increasing. The number of homes coming to the market is low and sales are outpacing the new ones coming to the market. Many people are withdrawing listing during the holidays. We are also still seeing properties expire--few, but still, some expire.
