Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 27, compared to the 23 last month.  Twenty are pre-owned and 7 are new construction at Addison Grove. Currently for sale, there are:Oaks North Home for Sale on Trafalgar Court

  • 9 single family homes (ranging in price from $449,900 - $1,090,000)
  • No half-duplexes
  • 8 condos ($185,000 - $625,000)
  • 10 townhomes ($444,000 - $810,000)

Nineteen of the 27 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.  The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 58 days, as compared to 59 last month. The median number of days on the market is 42 days, compared to last month’s 54 days.

There were 11 closings this month, compared to the 12 last month. The average list price to sold price ratio is 98.8%, down slightly from last month’s 99.0%.  Only 3 properties sold below asking price.

Pre-owned homes: The median number of days on the market was 12 days, while the previous month the median was 13.  The average number of days on the market was 14 days. The range in November for the previously owned homes was 2 days to 36 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes sold is $239.78, down from last month’s $273.90 average.
