On December 3rd, 2022, beginning at 10 a.m., the Mount Dora Lions Club will host the 62nd Annual Christmas Parade. The parade will begin behind the W.T. Bland Public Library, continuing down Donnelly Street and ending at Gilbert Park. Non-perishable food items will be collected on-site to benefit the Lake Cares Food Pantry. Breakfast with Santa will be just before the parade Saturday December 3rd, 2022 from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM 7101 Wright Ave, Tangerine, FL  32777.

The City of Mount Dora will then bring Christmas to Highland Street with a new holiday event: An Uptown Christmas. Join us from 3-6 p.m. at 850 Liberty Avenue. This event includes food, drinks, live musical entertainment and surprise holiday guests. 

The evening will wrap up with the 32nd Annual Mount Dora Lighted Boat Christmas Parade hosted by Rusty Anchor Boat Tours. This annual event will take place from 6 to 9pm in Gilbert Park. Come and bring a Toys for Tots donation and see the lights up close! You’ll get some great photos of amazing light displays and holiday characters.

A free shuttle service will be provided to and from An Uptown Christmas event, the Lighted Boat Christmas Parade and a free parking location: 1000 E 1st Avenue. 

This should be a great fun filled day for the whole family to attend and enjoy. What a great way to relax and make some special family memories.
