Total available listings gained 53.0% for the week ending November 26, 2022, from the same period of time in November of 2021.

Time on the market higher 7 days for the week ending November 26, 2022, from the same period of time in November of 2021.

Median listing prices increased 12.2% for the week ending November 26, 2022, from the same period of time in November of 2021.

New listing in the market lower 17.0% for the week ending November 26, 2022, from the same period of time in November of 2021.
