Would you like to settle by the end of the year?

That's right. Today is the 4th of December, and yes, if you had the right property, we could settle by the end of the year.

How? Qualified buyer, no financing contingency, yes, an actual cash sale. Will take the property in AS IS in any condition. Areas are 21208, 21209, small, medium, or large. I have a buyer who wants to close on a house before the new year.
