Hello Joan - sorry to hear about your Covid setback but happy to know that it didn't sound serious (and seemed short - maybe it was just enough time to fully recover from your FL trip).  As for understanding the importance of getting up from the floor (and other places) it's wise to always have a plan in place.  Just in case.  🤣

How nice that you are going out tonight with Laura!  I am flying out today to visit my sister in Huntington Beach.  So I have to be careful on the plane.  I am bringing a lot of wipes!  I haven't traveled by plane in years. I wouldn't have thought of this had you not said something about catching COVID.  Glad you had a mild case.  I can't get sick because my sister is coming off major surgery. 

I am with others about having a plan to get up.  The knees are tired and filled with scar tissue.  I make sure there is always a chair or something else around. In some cases I may bring a chair. Good to read you had a great trip.

Being as I am barely out of my 20's I have no appreciation for the conversation about hips, knees or even the floor

Hi Joan- glad that your case was a mild one! We haven't worn a mask in such a long time...I can't remember when. We have always used a lot of hand sanitizer, especially during the flu and cold season. I can still get up off the floor on my own but try not to use up whatever "knee" time I still have.

Enjoying these jokes and especially the one about having a plan to get up from the floor. Funny but also not a bad idea! Wonderful to hear from clients just on a purely personal level as well.
