Minna Reid we are still far away from a Buyer's Market here in CT, but it is not the crazy Seller's Market it was earlier in the year.  Hopefully we will move towards a more balanced market in 2023.

The stat that seems to stick out aside from prices getting lower, is the foreclosures are up. That is not a good trend
