Murrieta Neighborhoods - Bremerton at the Vineyard

This is a this is a wonderful community on the west side of Murrieta located just off of Hayes Avenue to the west of Thompson middle school in Murrieta Valley high school it's a community of approximately 130 two-story generation home.

These are large homes on large lots. They range in size from approximately 3200 ft.² up to 4100 ft.² 45 and six bedrooms her house and 3 to 5 bathrooms per household 3 to 5 bathrooms per house all the properties have a minimum of three car garage some actually have a four car garage plenty of parking.

This is a wonderful community nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa plateau for this community as I mentioned you got Thompson Middle, Murrieta Valley High, and then you've got a Murrieta elementary all are less than a mile away from the neighborhood. Maybe the elementary school is a mile and a half.

There is a small homeowners association in this community. What do I mean by small 25 bucks a month? What are you get for that 25 bucks a month well they make sure that all your neighbors are keeping up their properties so that the houses look good, the neighborhood looks good, and you don't have an eyesore next door to your house.

So the community is well-established at this time. The houses were built between 2004 and 2007. They are all on good size lots I think the smallest are about 8000 or 9,000 ft.² up to about 16,000 and there are a couple I think of the builder model Madeira lane that are close to half an acre.

Some of the houses have gorgeous views of the mountains to the west a lot of the properties have swimming pools location proximity is very close to old town Murrieta to the way. It's a five minute drive to the 15 freeway. The Ralph's shopping center is probably less than a mile to the north. To go to Target shopping center on the other side of the freeway is a 10 minute drive.

Really all the amenities are close. Old town has some nice very nice restaurants: you have Anthony's, a beautiful Italian restaurant; you have the Mill which is great casual dining. You've got the Dtown pub. It's got a nice mix of places to go.
