Home Ownership Counseling in Baltimore City
If you are buying a home in Baltimore City and want to take advantage of being able to get some assistance with down payment and closing costs. Everyone that wants to take advantage of any of the down payment assistance programs has to have received a homeownership counseling certificate from an accredited agency before closing on their new home.

You will have to pre-register for any of these classes and plan ahead as the process can take some time, don't wait until the last minute or you could lose out on getting downpayment assistance.
