December 12, 2022 Wilmington Real Estate Market Update

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage 209100

Traditionally, the last few weeks of December see lower real estate sales due to attorney offices and the Register of Deeds being closed for the holidays. That makes the first two weeks the most solid indicators of how the year in real estate will close out. Realtor Melanie Cameron shares all of the important stats from the first full week of December, including how many homes have come on the market, gone under contract, and sold in New Hanover County, Pender County, and Brunswick County.

Make sure you subscribe to our YouTube Channel or follow our Facebook page to see the last few updates for 2022 and the big year-end review in January 2023.

As always, if you have any questions about buying or selling a home in Southeastern North Carolina, please don't hesitate to reach out.
