Sandpoint Idaho Partly Cloudy Forecasted - Oppps

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Sandpoint Realty LLC DB36113

Waking this morning I was surprised to see snow falling.  I keep watch on forecasts closely and we were supposed to be into the 2nd day of 'partly cloudy'.  A chance to catch up on recent storms.  Keeping true to North Idaho weather unpredictability the pics below give an idea of what 'North Idaho Partly Cloudy' can look like.

Sandpoint Realty Snow Flurry

Snow removal equipment comes out in all sizes and shapes.  City truck here keeping the early morning traffic safe.  This type of weather one of the biggest adjustments out of town buyers need be aware of.

Sandpoint Realty Snow Removal

Smaller snow plows seen thru-out the Sandpoint city and outside city limits.  You can not have enough equipment, on the road, to keep up with a good downfall of snow, so it is up to Northern Idaho drivers to use best judgement when driving in this North Idaho weather.

Hello Mark, I was lucky and only got 2 inches of the house here in Aurora, so it missed up but the wind out east closed I-70 to Kansas.

Hello Mark - imagining partly cloudy is much different than the reality of the sight of snow for me.  Stay safe.  And warm.

What can I say, Mark! This gives a whole new meaning to the concept of partly cloudy! Here in Charlotte we'd be calling it a blizzard!

I've lived in Sacramento all my life.  I can count the number of snow days on the fingers of one hand.
