Boise Real Estate Market - November '22
Boise and Ada County real estate market is undergoing the correction. After years of double digit price appreciation, home prices in Boise Idaho have been stabilizing. Below is the graphic showing the median home price was $525,000 which is 2.5% lower than a year ago. Sales were down by 39%.
We have more homes available for sale. Interest rates have come down in the last couple of weeks; Many sellers are offering price reductions or interest rate buydowns.
