After reading Melissa Marro's post on how to fill your calendar I decided to take the leap and write a newsletter. The first addition went out yesterday. I welcome any constructive criticism.
I think you did a fantastic job!! And good for you for taking the initiative.
Kathy
I agree with Kathy! Great job & I'm so happy to see another budding newsletter writer! The one suggestion I would have is to try to get more link backs to your website, before and after photos, etc
Thanks for the shout out too.... (btw, there's no "w" in my last name.. lol... don't worry everyone does it!)
I like it!! I, too, am going to start newsletters at Melissa's urging. Congrats!
Wow - I'm so impressed -- it is really professional looking. I will have to read Melissa's post and get inspired too. What software did you use to create this newsletter? I think the blue type on the black background is hard to read for "aging" eyes. Who was your distribution and how did you choose to distribute? Thanks for sharing!
Your newsletter was great. Very professional.
Did you email it? Who did you send it to? Past and current clients, builders?
Thanks,
Joyce

Very nice Heather~ I started doing them last month( thanks to Melissa too) and I can report it get's easier, yeah. I like your the pictures you used, maybe make the before and afters a little bigger
Nice job, now you are pushing me to do the same. I can't have my competitor getting all the jobs :-)
Congratulations for taking the leap! It looks very professional. In a previous job, I was responsible for putting together a monthly 6-page newsletter, and was always striving to fill it up. I notice there is a large amount of blank space on the right side of the page. Maybe you could use that space to include more pictures or more tips readers would find useful. Other than that, it looks GREAT!
