I was asked by one of the top agents at EXP Real Estate (Albie Stasek) to do a podcast with him on building a business and a culture.
It took me 25 years to figure it out, but my firm belief today is for businesses to put the employee FIRST (not the customer). Richard Branson has a famous statement. He said that he does not believe in putting the customer first. He believes in putting the employee first. He said when you put the employee first, the employees take care of the customer.
Today, my sole focus every single day is to give the employees every single thing they need.
