Fred Carver Personal Real Estate Corporation - How interesting! Here in Texas, it's State Law for any buyer to rescind their offer with three days without consequences, and there are multiple ways a buyer can get out of the contract throughout the contract, including during the Option Period. They need to read their contract. Your Real Esate rules are different and buyers would be wise to contact you in your area.

In Missouri, the rules are different.  Interesting to see how different the states work.

I love the recision period not being able to be waved!  We have seen that here in Arizona and I was not a fan.
