Getting LOADED in 2023!

Hello Wanda - appreciation of the past can make a difference in the present.  And talk about a gift exchange with an acceptable return policy.  Those experiences can definitely rate highly.  

Relationship building is not a one time action, but a consistent stream of actions. I send Christmas cards and this year they totaled nearly 100. If the buyers are local, I will attempt to stop by. Also I send thank you notes on a regular basis as well.

Hi Wanda... for me staying in touch is an ongoing "affair" throughout the year and not focused just on the new year. I touch my data base at least 3 times a month all year long in way way or another. But for those agents who are less "religious" about reaching out, doing so as we start a new year is a great suggestion.

Yes - staying top of mind as you put it is so important or there will be plenty of other agents happy to step in. I love the idea of sending pet treats for those animal lover clients

It is critical to stay in front of our clients.  I send Thanksgiving cards and New Year's cards to my clients.  It works out well.  You are correct.  They do seem to call as the season settles down.
