Good Thursday morning from Mount Pleasant, SC!
We have thawed out after a pretty abnormal cold snap. Temperatures in the teens are pretty unusual here, but particularly unusual in the month of December. Most of us brought in some plants to save them, adding them our Holiday décor...those Geraniums were just too beautiful to see frozen. Everything left in the yard is of course brown but most will come back in the Spring, thank goodness! By the end of the week, we will see afternoon temps pushing toward 70...as they say here in this wonderful place that has been my lifetime home, if you don't like the weather, just hang around because it will change for the better! Back to wearing some flip flops soon and I couldn't be happier!
