Hi to all! I need some advice... and what better a place than here! Our office is looking for ways and ideas to revitalize our training calendar. Several discussions have taken place on who, what and how we could make this happen. We are with Keller Williams so any KW advice would be great but agents from different companies that would like to share we would love to hear your thoughts too!

Here's something I picked up from one of our team meetings that I can share with you. Have you registered for the "Lowes Realtor Benefits program"? What a great FREE tool to give you another way to keep in touch with your past clients. You also get 5% off Lowes gift cards once you register and your clients will get a 10% coupon in the mail.. With all the KW Uuniversity class .. it would take a year to go through them all.. One Killer office is inviteing agents from any company that lists a property in a zip code or targeted zone to come to the company team meeting and present their listing... they have picked up some great listing / flyer / marketing idea as a result and have taken "working together we all Achive more " to a new level.

Why not use the merits of being an AR member...talk about the different groups...what you can contribute and what you can gain...the fine art of blogging...the groups that can teach you many things in many area....It's the best curriculum there is!

Yes one KW office in the area invites all agents from any company to come to their classes... later they offer an invitation to join :)
