Prepping your home to sell - Selling your home in 2023

Prepping your home to sell is quite simple, as long as you follow my simple instructions. Here are a few "hints and tips" to get you started prior to having me come over and provide more valuable tips, hints and asses your value.

Here are those few hints and tips I promised:

1) Remove all personal photographs (from the walls, fridge and table tops). When we meet, I'll explain why this is important.

2) Clean. Yup, believe it or not, most people don't think "Cleaning" their house/condo will help get it sold, it does and I'll explain why, when we meet.

3) Declutter! I cannot begin to tell you how much difference this makes. Put the clothes you never wear in boxes, pre pack for your move in an organized fashion, again, I'll dive deeper into this, once we meet face to face.
