I have been watching Khash Saghafi NMLS for some time and have really been enjoying how he does his videos.  It is apparent that he is doing it very well as his subscriber base keeps growing steadily.  He is sharing great information.  He does it in a casual, friendly way.  I love that he wears his AC/DC t-shirt (I may start wearing my Santana shirt!).  I just noticed his two pillows in the background.  One says subscribe, one says like.  He is doing a lot of things right.  If you have not subscribed yet, it is time.

Hi Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! I bet you sang it better than Brian Johnson, just not better than Bon Scott.  He was the best, although I think Brian Johnson is the best replacement of all time.  I did see AC/DC a few years ago in SF.  It was a top 5 concert of all time, for sure.

Ray I am old school and believe most buyers and sellers have real jobs and work from their office and watching a video could not be beneficial so I write posts vs videos where am I going wrong? Endre

Hi Endre Barath, Jr. I do not think you are going wrong at all.  I think there are some people that enjoy videos much more than reading, though.  I also read somewhere recently that many people will watch videos utilizing captions when they are in quiet environments.  I am mostly experimenting and not very well.  I do not do enough videos or blogs yet for my experiments to be statistically significant.  Ha!
