New Home Incentives and Discounts

The last few months of the year saw the roll out of some pretty good new home incentives.  As is typical in any year, builders work to sweep inventory off their books for end of year reporting, and the end of 2022 was no different.  

Entering 2023 there are still a few remaining discounts and new home incentives in the North Fort Worth area that savvy new home buyers should take a look at. 

Incentives in Northlake's Pecan Square include financing concessions and reduced prices. 

Price reductions are less prevalent in Argyle's Harvest, but builders are willing to contribute towards buyers closing costs. 

I'm even seeing a combination of financing and price reductions in North Fort Worth neighborhoods of Wildflower Ranch.  

If you're considering new homes in the Northeast Tarrant County and Southern Denton County area, now's the time to take a look.
