Home prices ranged from a low of $349,000 to a high of $529,200 in 2022. Sellers received 99.69% of listing price in final sale price in 2022, down 4% from 2021. Median list to sale price ratio in 2022 was 100%. Average days on market were 10 days in 2022, while median days on market were 5 days.
