Five neighborhoods on the 2022 list have been "hot neighborhoods" for six consecutive years now -- Millbridge, Lawson, Cureton, Hunter Oaks, Providence Downs. One neighborhood made the 2022 hot neighborhoods list for a third consecutive year -- Somerset. Weddington Chase has now made the list for a second consecutive year. New on the list of hot Waxhaw neighborhoods in 2022 are Grove Manor, Oldenburg, and The Chimneys of Marvin.
