There were 48 closed transactions in December of 2021 as a comparison. Considering the interest rate hike sales were not that bad.

The slowdown continues as buyers stand back or out priced with current interest levels over 6.5% despite several weeks of interest rate declines.

Closed - January 1 to January 8 - Zero
The continued interest rate hikes and the seasonal slow down has iced buyer motivation just like the polar vortex iced the population.
