Until 2022, Indian Trail home prices averaged in the mid to high $300,000's. Indian Trail in Union County, long one of Greater Charlotte region's more affordable areas for homes, is becoming less affordable.
Three of these 10 neighborhoods have been top selling neighborhoods in Indian Trail for seven consecutive years: Brandon Oaks, Lake Park, and Crismark.

56 homes sold in Brandon Oaks in 2022 at an average sale price of $440,464. Since 2020. the average sale price of a home in Brandon Oaks has increased by almost $140,000. In 2022, home sale prices ranged from a low of $200,000 to a high of $630,000. Median days on market were six. Despite an increased in average days on market year-over-year, the median days on market in Brandon Oaks were just six days in 2022.
