NO Vision! No ability to see beyond the current layout. That was their problem.
After over 1 and 1/2 years...and dozens upon dozens of showings...with some absolute lowball offers...a cash Buyer showed up and we closed within 3 weeks of contract!!
Hey you bums who made those lowball offers and laughed at me and told me I was crazy on price...yeah...I am still crazy and still right!!
I told you that I could get $200k for the property and BOOM!!!! SOLD for $200K!!
I look forward to the improvements and addition the new owners are planning on this 10 acre parcel.

I know you were trying get a heckuva deal and that is why you offered low. However, in Central Nebraska there are dozens upon dozens of families who want to live in the country...and the days of lowballing are gone for now. So let's get our minds in the right place and let's go find you a property.
