What Will Phil Say on Groundhog Day Feb. 2?

On February 2nd annually, a number of groundhog experts are consulted for their weather predictions. Legendary lore states that if a groundhog sees his or her shadow, it means another six weeks of winter. If no shadow is seen, spring is on the way.

While his accuracy is questionable,  Groundhog Day star Punxsutawney Phil will again be consulted. 

However, it seems almost anyone else's guess is at least as good as Phil's, so what do you say?
